Issue Description:
Specials have stopped playing sounds (hookrats, warpfire throwers seem to be affected)
Steps to Reproduce:
Just play and wait for them to spawn. They seem to be just spawning with the mob (and the mob can spawn on top of the player so you can see the issue here) as a statue and then suddenly coming to life. Normally i see them spawn off in the distance away from the player or around a corner where they can start walking (and thusly start playing their sound cues)
i’ve found it happens off and on and I can’t really seem to pin down why it happens. I just know that it has something to do with their animations not playing correctly when they spawn.
