You could try to write down the names of the items that you want refunded.
Because on your pictures, there is pretty much nothing that can be actually read.

Is name of all image item. But would prefer not have any sparkhead item. Ulgo never play sparkhead.

If asking for too much Ogryn understand. Not want waste time
Anything on the last page of the current revision is no longer in their refund window. But the Catechizer’s Shroud, Cerulean Force Sword and Praesimiagoria Rebreather should be eligible.
