Edit: Farm for a perfectly balanced modifier weapon score, and sacrfice any badly balanced modifier weapons, and your power level is back.
It seems weapons perks got downgraded for me? every 540 weapon got dropped to 490 and some to 480, all perks were dropped from T4 → T1, although stated that nothing is going to change as per the post.
Do i need to grind those weapons again? and buy their upgrades again?
The weapon level only look at the base stats.
Which were already 380 max
Nothing changed except the “rating” of the weapon. In reality, 490 is the “power level” having 500 as max. Base rating 380 = Power level 500
