Works fine for me. Just compared the extension and the ingame shop and everything checks out.

But they do. The whole point of the hourly reroll system is to make you log in.
This checker keeps you from having to log in.
Why wouldn’t FS wanna get rid of it? What, other than the public backlash and bad news cycle, would keep them from wanting to do so?
Oh they arent gonna right now. They haven’t said anything because there’s three kinds of games journalists: the ones who check Reddit and the ones who don’t, and the ones who don’t write fluff pieces based off some multinational corporation giving them a sensual shoulder rub or what the other game journalists took off of Reddit.
Right now they arent gonna say anything. Not at all. When they do, it’ll be for one of three things.
1.) Hedge will take his foot out of his mouth, maybe to stretch or something, and - like a finger removed from the hole in a dam - he’ll impulsively start telling us how much we all suck. It’ll be off-script, unplanned, and it’ll stop when somenody stops by his cubicle and gently re-inserts his foot into his mouth.
2.) Aqshy will stop by to tell us a statement which starts off with “maybe-” or any kind of noncommittal statement. That means we’ll have to wait, because one of the biggest rules at Fatshark is that you dont say no, you vaguely imply it so that the press can’t report on you saying “no”.
3.) One of the two of them will announce the battlepass which magically fixes all of the issues we have. The entire community will eat them for it but the press won’t run it like an angry player base, they’ll run it like the game is getting content.
It’s one of those three.
they cant do anything to take it down, if the website isnt for profit then they cant do anything, even if the website was for profit then it would still be hard for FS to take it down
A lot of the best QoL changes in VT2 came from modders that FS just incorporated.
They need to allow modding in Darktide so modders can fix their game.

Hedge only replies on two occasions:
a) when closing threads/topics
b) or when someone starts simping in discord
Other than that Aqshy is the want for any relevant comment regarding the game. And even that has been on a decline, if we go by the most recent “we may have potential communication that may or may not come unless we confirm it which we can’t before talking amongst eacher which we will soon TM”.
So yeah, at this point I’m straight up ignoring any official communication unless steam is downloading an update for the game.

It is some kind of problem with atoma.cloud sign-in authentication, probably because the Steam login flow changed today, so Fatshark themselves have to fix it
The dashboard itself is having some login issues.

Yeah it actually really sucks, I have gotten so used to using the extension that having to load 4 times to do it and then manually scrolling through is killing me

I still can’t link Twitch accounts but I can log into the dashboard now.
To be honest it looks like Steam reverted the login page change but I can’t say for certain
Just seems unlikely FS would put a fix out for that so quickly
