[SOLVED] Glade watchers half mask doesnt apply

  1. Play Waystalker and equip the level 17 helmet reward half mask
  2. The half mask will equip but doesnt appear, the default helmet stays on.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Do other head cosmetic items work?

If not, are you using the vermintide 1 body cosmetic? Because even if it just takes the body slot and you can still select different head cosmetics, it actually uses both slots.

Edit: Yup! That was it. I was using the full body cosmetic! thanks. what afriendly ginger giant.
