Just upgraded my old GPU to an 9060XT 16gb and am encountering this issue now
ive that iusse since i got the rx 7900tx and i upgraded to 9070tx with 9800x3d
im still amazed that fatshark still havent fixed it after 2 years and many other performance problems with the new grahpic cards
Try the fixes in this thread, they’ve worked well for me as a band-aid solution.

it still render fine till i fire up the game again and it became slow this absolute slop performance
I’m having the same issue after I upgraded to my new 7900xtx
its getting tiredsome that fatshark keeps saying that they know about the perfomance problems but refuse to pay any attention on it
it turns out the application_settings can cause it they need to update it to run bettter the default of it runs poorly
Can confirm, still an issue (RX 7800 XT)
