Issue Description:
The skybox has huge ghosting with FSR 2 enabled, it doesnt seem to write motion vectors so the temporal part of FSR 2 doesnt work
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enable FSR 2
- Look out of the window in the Mourningstar
- move your mouse around and you will see trails behind the stars.
