Skybox and Snow flickering in specific scenes (without mods, issue persists after getting into modding game recently)

For over a year now, modded, unmodded, default options for every graphical parameter, DDU reinstalled graphics drivers, etc. Ive tried everything but I cannot fix this one visual bug. This shows up in the sky on the desert maps in The Hourglass, the snowy ground at the finale of Gloriana, and in the Mortis Trials skybox. This is not something I have been able to fix and Im finally sick of it, that and the poor performance I get in this game sometimes.

I queried this with the development team, and they told me it’s most likely something we’ll need to fix. So it may not be an issue specific to only you. We’re going to investigate, thanks!

I know it happens to another friend of mine, also being specific Im running an amd 5700xt, the friend this also happens to has an amd gpu. (this happens with fsr or other upscaling/frame gen disabled and/or enabled)
