Skitarii Quick fixes i noticed for class and possible talent upgrades

  1. servo-skull shots are blocked by psykers barrier/dome, kinda unfortunate in some situations.
  2. would be cool if there were notifications on medi-skull revives/rescues.

for talents idk if its reaching to wide for one character but to have the servo-skull have an option for a plasma shot and for the medi-skull to have aoe heal
