considering all their skills seem very spammable this is more or less a blessing in disguise
i also think it’s a bit of a loss if true, but see it this way. skills conceptually changed since their conception (vt2 ultimates) to be more like, spammable tools for most characters. having those tools spam voice lines is actualyl sort of disruptive in this game, which wants to be playing other dialogues.
like sometimes i’ll play missions with personality combos i rarely see (like recently, arbites + the new ogryn voice) and i’m curious about their interactions. tough luck, there’s a psyker non stop yelling about his venting shriek and 0 dialogue plays. it is a real problem
so in other words, the root “issue” is how spammable abilities are. it’s just how the game is nowadays
