when the game look like a complete product. with luck around march once they release the crafting overhaul.

There is no date. Fatshark claimed in one of the comms they disabled the shop rotations until they address unstated number of bugs and issues with the game. However I doubt this will be long. I would expect the shop to be enabled at the end of March at the latest, but then this is just a guess, finance likes working with quarters.
what even is this question? The store is still available and all past bundles can be cycled through. Or am I misunderstanding? Are you wanting a NEW store refresh? They already said that would be halted untill other changes are made like others said.
