Let’s clear something here right now then. My point about CocoB on post 30 was not aimed to discredit anyone’s ability to play this game. He is obviously a really good player by most metrics and easily above the standard legend dweller.
My point was only to try bring some perspective to frostys point about “this being really standard cata gameplay” because in reality its not something that even most cata players do consistently.

If this was the argument, I could see some light for buffing lv5 talents changes. However i do not see this getting argued anywhere. Tough I do not think she needs this.
I never argued this, only stated my last experience playing Sott was on Deathwish onslaught before i hopped to darktide paintrain.
But yeah she is actually insane on deathwish but i don’t consider modded difficulty balance to matter.

It is more helpful to approach feedback in a respectful and constructive manner. Constructive feedback here often involves reasoning with other players who are also dismissive and sarcastic. As you’ve witnessed, dismissive or sarcastic remarks do not contribute to meaningful discussions about game design. Fatshark does sometimes rely on feedback from the community to make informed decisions about changes to a game, but you’d have to be a bit more convincing because changes don’t usually happen if nobody can agree with you.
Personal preferences and opinions alone may not necessarily be sufficient to warrant changes to a game. While you have personal preferences, if nobody can agree, you’re going to have to step it up with something more objective.
For example, if you believe that SotT THP generation is lower than it should be, you could demonstrate that; since, in practice, others here, myself included, do not find that to be the case, we’d need some actual examples. In most examples, I can think of, and in my experience, SotT has superior THP gains compared to all of the other elf careers by design, so it’s kinda hard to believe it’s an issue that’s not specific to you.
And running a leech on crit build with dual swords has even superior thp regen compared to other elves - even without leeching from teammates. Its one of the strongest thp regen builds in game

You fail to realize that the very start of this is you stating that YOU feel that she is weak/has design flaws? Of course we respond by saying that I/we do not agree or do accordingly. You set the tone for it.
Especially when you go like “I was playing her but i used the kill THP talent and got nothing then i tried crit and did worse” .This is entirely you trying and failing and using it as a basis for feedback which…no one else has agreed with so far? Except kill THP being kinda bad/conditional i suppose.

Point in case, you suggested that your own experiences were a very clear metric that serves as a solid foundation for change while dismissing anyone else claiming otherwise. You can do that but it severely diminishes credibility if you cant defend your own arguments. Surely as far as feedback goes you gotta realize that if there is only one with this opinion then it is very unlikely to be noted by any Shark who do still carter to the majority…most of the time when they do anything.
@Lou Just adopt to the mechanics of the game and dont wait until the mechanics will adopt to you, because they wont.
Everything is fine with her and she has a good time running even cata with grims on her own thp regen without any need to leech thp from teammates.
Just take a weapon which fits the level 5 talents.

That is quite objectively false, i have not as far as i remember outright just dismissed any of your claims, i stated why i believe they were poorly grounded in reality and why it was so. Then i objected to the idea that any change should be considered based on them given the reasons i felt that they were not thoroughly considered.
For instance, your original post boils down to “I tried both THP talents, neither worked for me and i believe that her current design leaves her dead no matter what if her team isnt good.”

In my first comment in the thread i agreed that the kill THP talent is generally pretty bad, but i then state that i think the crit one is functional although not crazy high (if used right), and i was alluding to the fact that i believe you were trading hits too much hence your feeling like you constantly lack THP.
Then you reply, still hanging on to the idea that she cant generate THP by herself and that her design seems to favor melee but lacks defensive perks/talents which results in her dying too easily. To which i reply that if you cant sustain your THP when using the crit one then you are definitely eating too many hits, at which point semantics& repetition ensure on both sides to some degree.
Yeah that’s what i called ‘‘evidences stated as unknown’’ in our convivial debate.

Maybe another obivious question of me but are you running boon of shallya or barkskin? If barkskin try to change it to boon of shallya it can help out on those on kill or on crit thp regen talents.
If you already checked it then i am clueless what else you could try.
