Issue Type (Required):
Audio
Issue Description (Required):
Overhead attacks, bursters, trappers and other dangerous attacks should have audio channel priority above everything else. This issue has been in the game for 3 years+.
My audio settings:
Sound device = default (using headphones)
Speaker settings = stereo headphones
Audio mix presets = default
It needs to be tangibly addressed, sooner rather than later. I don’t mind not hearing the game’s background music as much in comparison to not hearing these dangerous attacks’ audio cue, as an example. When you make steps towards fixing this, it needs to be properly conveyed what’s being changed and how it’ll affect audio rather than a vague statement of “we’re making audio adjustments” and then this continues to happen. You could even try disabling enemies in the live version to tweak their audio until they’re properly prioritized.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- have multiple bursters spawn (?)
- have crusher perform overhead attack targeting you
- have burster moving towards you as their target (doesn’t have to be multiple, as indicated in the video)
[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):
Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
Reproduction Rate (Required):
Constant (100%)
