Sienna Pyro att spd talents

Sienna Pyro, Talents “Martial STudy” + “One With the flame” + 5% wep, should give 20% att speed.

With 30%+ crit rate and +swift slaying it should be 45% att spd.

The cadence of the attack animation looks the same as un-buffed, even with the Martial Study + “One with the flame” buff.

I’m only seeing the attack animation speed up with swift slaying proc. Is there a way to validate the talents are working?
