Shooting is delayed when using Volley Fire whilst melee is equipped

Running into the exact same issue. Looks to be bolter only, as far as I can tell.

Issue Description: Since the patch that addressed Bolter animations, the game is dropping inputs during volley fire. Gamepad on Steam. Before the patch: Have close combat weapon out Hit ability button. Immediately hold fire. Weapon would fire start firing as soon as it was ready. After patch: Have close combat weapon out Hit ability button. Immediately hold fire. Weapon does not fire at all until fire button is released and you hit fire again.
