New bolter animation - veteran ability interaction issues

Issue Description:

I will be listing 2 issues I noticed when using a bolter on a veteran.
It goes with the level 30 talent that refills your amunition for one.

Issue #1:

  • When using the talent that refills ammo, if the bolter is in process of reloading, you need to wait for the animation to finish to use the gun.
    This does not happen with other guns : reload animation gets interrupted and gun is ready to use.

Issue #2:

  • When using veteran ability, there is sometimes a 2 second delay before the gun is ready to use with no animation playing at all. The bolter seems ready to shoot but no trigger action is possible for a lengthy time.
    Either the delay is the result of old code belonging to old animation or an animation is missing there.

Steps to Reproduce:

Issue #1:

  1. Play Veteran Sharpshooter, talent 30 ‚ÄúSustained Fire‚ÄĚ
  2. Initiate gun reload, animation begins
  3. before animation ends, use ability that should refill your ammo
  4. reload animation goes to the end of its cycle despite talent having reloaded the gun
  5. (other guns do not have the same behavior, reload animation is interrupted and gun ready to use.

Issue #2:

  1. Play Veteran Sharpshooter, talent 30 ‚ÄúSustained Fire‚ÄĚ
  2. be in melee weapon mode
  3. activate ability (lvl 30 sustained fire was chosen, not sure if any impact)
  4. gun gets immediately drawn but is impossible to fire for a 2 seconds delay while no animation is playing.
