Bolter reload animation replaying where it shouldn't

Issue Description:
Note: Forum profanity filter doesn’t allow the correct term for pulling the charging handle, so I replaced “c” with *.

Bolter always plays the “co * king” animation whenever its pulled up, independent if its loaded or not.

This also happens when the gun is empty, which leads to “co * king” the gun, then switching the mag to “co* king” the gun again.

Workaround: When the gun is empty the first co * king can be interrupted by pressing reload button, which skips it to perform the mag change and co * k the gun.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip Bolter
  2. Fire the Bolter till empty
  3. Switch to melee weapon
  4. Switch back to bolter - observe the animation cycle

Apparently its by design…

I can understand if they want a delay on weapon switch, if that is a balancing factor for the bolter. This is not about the delay - there’s 2 things here:

  1. Delay can still be there but with different “pull up the gun” animation

  2. No animation should play twice in the same sequence (like when reloading the empty gun) and be skippable (by manual reload) at the same time.

This is inconsistent with how other weapons work on the basic level, and makes it feel like you’re cheating the game by animation shipping to save time where no such mechanic is present elsewhere.
