I’ve noticed the Shadows Over Bogenhafen cosmetic achievment not registering anything bought from the newly founded Lohner’s Emporium.
Steps to reproduce the issue: Buy red weapon skin in the Emporium, check achievement progress and it’ll be the same.
How consistently the issue occurs for you: Only tried it once, saw the pay-for hats, got discouraged and quit the game again.
