Scriptures/grimoires doesn't make any progress both in Melk contracts and Penances

Also penance won’t progress, stuck at 25

Only using 1 mod, the hub hotkeys

update:

i made the cache validation, did not activate any mods, completed a mission with 2 tomes, still no progress

scriptures penance also stuck at 33

i’m also getting this false message with all my characters, which is most annoying

Update, it fixed itself by just, waiting a day or 2
