my penance has been locked at 97/100 for a very long time, and nothing i do progresses it. i have played plenty of repair missions and have not gotten it to finish

Same issue with Espionage missions, Master of Intrigue still stuck at 99/100.
Have played Archivum Sycorax, Comms-Plex, and Vigil Station Oblivium, multiple times, hasn’t progressed at all.
