Screaming Bell, Out Of Map glitch

Issue Summary:
In Screaming Bell mission, after you cross the square in the beginning and go down, you can enter a small room and fall under the map

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start Screaming Bell mission
2. Cross the square in the beginning and jump down the street
3. Turn left, walk through the rag and you’ll fall under the map
