For what reason? A Shipmistress and Commodore in the employ of a powerful Inquisitor aren’t the types of characters that tend to get knocked off for giggles.

Melk I have not really looked at too much as his ship banter is very much non existent as is Krals. There is only one mission that Kral does with Sephoni (Hope that’s how you spell her name) as is with Melk.
One of Brahms mission she questions Grendel direction and frankly that is to a cause for sanction redactus. As for childish Alice, I avoid it’s mission like the plague.

Alice is an Imperial noble granted wide latitude in personal eccentricity relative to a normal person, operating under the direct eye of an Inquisitor and Interrogator, in the employ of a literal harsh mistress. These people are 100% aware of what Alice is and what she does, and find value in that as she appears to produce results when required, with capabilities that would be difficult to otherwise replace.
Brahms as Shipmistress likewise is a powerful noble subject to a drastically different set of rules than most people in the Imperium, and from a practical perspective, is also probably impossible to replace with someone remotely equally competent.
Inquisitors similarly are widely known to retain unorthodox individuals and give them wide latitude while in their employ, just as nobles engaging in and getting away with all sorts of things is not unheard of.
