Rumbler grenade timer seems completely random in missions

Can anyone else confirm this? It seems that in the psykanium the grenade explodes when it lands on the ground after bouncing off enemies but in real missions I’ve had the grenade hit the ground and sit there for more than a second letting enemies get away from it, which is insanely annoying.

Has been inconsistent for me too, have had it explode at peak height after hitting an enemy, most of the time after its sat on the ground for a second or two.

From what I have noticed - if you shoot someone, the round will bounce up and then explode as soon as it hits the floor. Depending on how high it bounced, the time to explode might vary. This may not be a 100% of the time thing or correct though, just an observation. Also I have no clue how it works when you shoot the floor directly.

Frag grenades seem to also have some fuse variety to them that appears to be dependent on whether the grenade touched anything. If it didn’t, the fuse is shorter. If it did, it lasts longer. I don’t get it.

Yeah no I expect missed nades to sit there a bit but when I send a nade into a group of idle pox walkers and it hits them and activates them but I see that red glow just sitting there that is the most aggravating thing ever as I watch the things that should be red mist getting away from the boom.
