QoL: Reduce Krak Grenade Fuse Timer

I realize this is more or less a repeat of a October 2023 post, but please consider reducing the fuse timer of the Krak grenade. It’s passable in a premade where I can call out targets (even then they die before they pop half the time). In a PUG, it’s really challenging to pick a target for a Krak that the rest of the team doesn’t burn down before the fuse expires.

I’ve taken to Hail Marying the kraks into groups halfway across the map in the hopes that it will stick to something that won’t be obliterated in under 2 seconds.

The real problem is the players overall are way too OP, not the timer itself.

The usual scenario that plays out when I am invis knife zealot;

“Krak out!” I hear from the vet…

“Great!”, I think, “one of these 5 Crushers that are bearing down on me is going to die… eventually!”

"I wonder which one… should I kill the two closest to me and possibly deny the vet his kill and waste the 'nade, or should I just wait and find out which one drops dead - by which time my stacks will be gone and it’s going to take me an extra hit to kill each one and…

… Oh, nevermind, he got the Mauler in the back."

Krak grenades are really badly designed. They don’t telegraph to the team what they have magnetized to clearly, their timer is far too long - which means the team either kills the enemies, or the enemies kill the team before they go off, and their “magnet” can be far too erratic, I’ve watched as the Krak I meticulously aimed at a Crusher zips off sideways to stick to something else nearby.

IMO, having a short timer between equipping and being able to throw each grenade and then having them explode almost immediately after hitting what you aimed them at or what they magnetized to would be ideal.

I suggested this a while back.

An alternative solution could be to give the krak a big glowing light like rumbler grenades so that if you stick a target your teammates know it’s about to die and won’t waste ammo on it.

That’s a great idea, but I doubt it will stop many, look at psyker glowy head aka “kill me asap!” indicator.
I usually just switch targets when I see a krak going out and I hear it near me, but having worked on the krak penance I can honestly say I don’t remember anyone doing this that wasn’t on Discord with me (and I also prioritized distant targets).

Overall, a quicker fuse would be welcome, not that I care for kraks myself.
