I don’t really know because it’s edged a bit over that stone and there’s not really a cirlce with a clear line as any dark tongue rune (except the ones already shown). Connections with Nurgle could be made with similar symbols:

‘Nurgle’s Rot’, ‘Biting Tongue’ as well as ‘Face Of A Beast’ are Gifts of Nurgle, so i’d say they might be correct ones.

I always hate it when people call Circle cause imo that one is not unique as both Squid and crosshair have big circles. And even the triangle has a small circle.
