Rending Shockwave blessing is bugged to always give you half stacks

Rending Shockwave 3 always gives 3 stacks of brittleness despite the blessing saying it can give up to 6 depending on charge level. This is horrible because to hit 40% Brittleness you need 3 charged shots of Trauma instead of 2 baseline, or 1 with Rending Shockwave 4. This increases time to kill on a Carapace armored enemies by more than 30%.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Go into Pyskanium
  2. Turn on the Debuff Indicator mod to verify enemy Brittleness stacks.
  3. Equip any Trauma staff with Rending Shockwave 3.
  4. Charge the staff 35%, 50%, 75%, 100% of the bar each time and hit a Crusher each time.
  5. See that the Crusher always gets 3 stacks, which is 15% Brittleness.
  6. I don’t know if Rending Shockwave 4 has this problem because I do not own the blessing.

The effect given by level 3 blessings is 6 layers, with 2.5% per layer, for a total of 15%

The effect given by level 4 blessings is only 8 layers, with 2.5% per layer, for a total of 20%
