Rendering Distance annoyingly low (on PC)

I noticed that the distance at which several objects are rendered has decreased but I don’t know what patch changed it. Most annoyingly it’s not just some environmental stuff, but important things like potions and bombs. For example, I can see the purple light of the conc. potion far earlier and ping it than the object is rendered. I am very certain that it wasn’t always like this. Additionally, the speed potion is rendered from a bigger distance than the other two pots. There is also no graphics setting, that influences this. I am running cpu-load optimized high settings. This popping up of things and seeing the light effect before the object really annoys me. Also, my system could easily handle it:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 @4400 MHz OC
GPU: GeForce RTX 3070
RAM: 16 GB @3200 MHz
