Currently, if you refine a perk on an item enough times, the cost drops to zero. At this point, please just show us a list of the available perks and let us pick one at level 4. There’s no point in making us sit there endlessly “refining” to get the one level 4 perk we want when it literally has no cost and just makes you sit there starting at the screen and clicking for an hour or more.
