this build is a ranged focused build, the weapon need to shoot fast enough to clear hoards somewhat reliably without needing to switch to your melee
I’m not trying to argue with you that, it is a good build, or it is the best build it is just “a” build that you can do on the veteran, if you want to shoot for the entire game and kill everything with your gun
I’m currently using the MK VIIa Recon Lasgun with this build
MK IV infantry is super good for this setup, but it shoots slightly too slow in hoard situations
MK II recon shoots too fast using too much stamina,
MK VIIa is a good middle ground between the 2 and is honestly, probably one of the only viable options for this crit setup if you want to be able to deal with everything, and not completely trash your stamina bar
Ah that’s as of why you want it different playstyle. So yeah

correct more playstyle variety, variety is key
if i want to play melee focused or hybrid i could do that on veteran, and i will play around with builds, looking at the power swords and setups i can make, but melee for hoards, and big gun for big enemies, has been done to death, and i want something different
