Issue Description (Required):
I was playing with my 9070xt really well on my 13700k. Preatty much capping my 144hz monitor all the time (some times even 160 tò 200 frames withouth frame gen, only fsr4 quality activated). Today i updated the CPU and Motherboard to a 7800X3D and a b650 steel Legend and now my FPS drops like Crazy with the same GPU. I have 50 tò 40 fps drops every fee seconds and the overhaul FPS dropped down by at least 20%. Is this a known issue? I’m being very sad about this upgrade. Hope tò find a solution.
