Rays of light on Fort Brachsenbrücke and Convocation of decay

I noticed a ray of light on several maps as seen in the screenshots. The one on Fort Brachsenbrücke is from today. The one on convocation of decay dates back to 18. december of last year.
the ray is static and cant be interacted with.

Since some players can see the ray and others cant, it might have something to do with my graphic settings, so here are two more screenshots:

I have seen this one a few times in Festering ground.
