Issue Description:
When a German uses quick chat to ask for ammo it displays the message in German and not English. Others can’t understand it. Happens with all languages.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch a map with some randoms
- Wait until somebody needs ammo or healing
- Watch the german/french/polish quick chat flood the chat
