Last I heard, hedge had said it was an intended feature.

This isn’t a bug. It could be something that’s tweaked or adjusted in the future, our designers are busy with a rebalance and we’re taking feedback on board, but this isn’t the category in the forums to discuss balance but to raise legitimate bugs.

I don’t think he ever clarified if it is a bug or not (contradiction) or if the supposed fix covers the intended part or not.
