attempting use the seconday effect of the purgatus staff ( the explosion awhen canceling the flamer early as shown in the trailer) does nothing

- equip purgatus staff
- enter meat grinder or mission
- attempt to use seconday action of charged attack
- animation plays but no explosion occurs
