Purgatus staff missing the final explosion

Issue Description: As seen in the psyker trailers the purgatus is supposed to have an explosion after the channel is finished. Wether its supposed to trigger with a fully charged channel or when its aborted I dont know.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get purgatus staff.
  2. Use purgatus staff.
  3. See no explosion.

Thats not from the staff. If you watch the trailer, the staff ignited a barrel at the end. Twas done for cinematic effect.
