Ive been playing this game since the Beta began. went to Level 30.
Not once have i seen a Bolter. and thus the issue with randomized stores. some people get to enjoy the full exoerience. and others wait on chance to let them ahve a great time. Utter non-sense. either make it available to everyone at a raised price, or get rid of it. none of this… “well you may or may not ever get to see the damn thing”.
