So I use Kinetic Barrage for most of my Psyker builds and I noticed that after this patch I can right click to charge Brain Burst after using Unleash the Warp to charge within the correct amount of time, but when I left click to confirm a target it will reset my Brain Burst charge time. Simply left clicking will allow the Brain Burst to hit within the correct time from the ability Kinetic Barrage, but the right click to charge Brain Burst is only resetting after using Unleash the Warp.
This is frustrating because I use right click to charge my Brain burst primarily so that I don’t have to fight with my team mates on getting a kill. Using Kinetic Barrage is meant to pop elites and specialist quickly which is not happening currently if you choose to charge Brain Burst after using the active ability.
