Kinetic Barrage not BB'ing the target with the faster charging

So i’m playing lvl 30 Wizard Boi and i can’t seem to take advantage of this feat. because it does’nt BB the target when i have Kinetic Barrage active. It fully gets charged but when i hit LMB it just resets and does’nt kill the target.

Steps to Reproduce:
Hold down warp Brain burst charging (RMB), Press F to Ult, wait for meter to be full.

Left click BB works just fine with kinetic barrage.
Right click BB with kinetic barrage seems to jump back a bit when it appears fully charged.
