Old bug, reported in june was partially fixed

Now the bug still apply while using Right click charge with Kinetic Resonance and Empowered Psionics, Holding left click while hovering for a target restart the progression time while the charge is looking like loosing a bit of progress.


Nobody noticed ? Can it be fixed along with anniversary patch pls ?
