Im a new player on PS5 and have been playing religiously for the past 2 months with my friends. I have had the misfortune of running into an error with a near 50% chance to appear and my friends have already abandoned the game with frustration.
On occasion me or we will start up a match, finish the match and try to play another immediately after and there will be this notification saying “teammate is not available for matching,” preventing me from starting another match despite everyone being ready and not on any other menus or such. The error does not go away until the person in the group (closes the game) this is the only solution to this problem and it happens so often, im afraid the game has just become unplayable for some of my friends.
Note: when in a group, we have found that the person with “Loading” below their name is the person with the error and that person will need to close the game before the error message goes away.
Please look into this, I love this game, and would be over the moon to see Darktide flourish.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Play a match to completion (solo or with friends)
- Go to terminal and try to find another match
- (Error appears) it says “teammate is not available for matching”
