PS5 back end error

I have tried loading into the game for a little over 24 hours and have been unable to get past the start screen. I keep getting the “You are not connected to the PlayStation Network” backend error and am highly confused as to why I get this error. I make sure to check before and after trying and I am always connected to PSN.

Sorry to hear this Sharklord, could you tell us which part of the world you’re playing from, and the kind of network you have - is it a regular home network, or are you at a university campus/military base/etc.?

I am on the east cost of the USA. I am currently living on my college campus and the kind of network I have is wired Ethernet

In this case, I recommend reaching out to your IT administrator and explaining that the endpoint to our backend (https://bsp-sup-sd.atoma-discovery.com/darktide/status) is blocked. They should be able to sort that out for you.

Ok I will make sure to do that after a class I have that’s near our campus IT office
