PS4—Players Spawn Underground if Joining at the Beginning of Garden of Morr

Issue Summary:
If a player joins a match in progress and the group has progressed down to the underground portion, new players will spawn behind them either already underneath the ground or will spawn them behind the team and they will immediately drop through the floor.

Edit to add: When I say “spawning underground”, I mean players are spawning underneath the level floor.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Proceed down stairs at the beginning of Morr
  2. Wait for player to load in
  3. Watch them spawn in unreachable places
