Horn of Magnus and Gardens of Morr: spawning below the floor and stuck

Issue Summary: In the maps, Horn of Magnus and Gardens of Morr, I’ve encountered at least one occasion where upon joining an in-progress game as a client, I’ve spawned underground / below the floor, stuck and unable to reach my teammates.
