Issue Description:
Joined a mission in progress via quickplay and spawned underneath a staircase, an area normally unaccesible with no way out

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Queud for difficulty 4 quickplay
2. Joined map Silo Cluster 18-66/a in progress
3. Upon spawning I was stuck under the staircase near the start of the map just after the first drop down point
4. Get stuck

Reproduction Rate:
Once - tried to get stuck on the same staircase afterwards but couldn’t reproduce. Assume it had something to do with the join progress when I spawned in initially.

Late spawn under stairs - stuck

Issue Description: I joined a game that was in progress. It was the cleansing of the deamon from the water supply. I spawned under a staircase my etam was on and could not get out.
