After scouring the mechanicus archives I have managed to retrieve the design doccument for this blessed design. Praise be the Omnissiah!

Okay on a more serious note I just found it funny how impossible these magazines are. You can actually see how the bullets are stacked in game and yeah its impossible lol
I don’t think a triple stack magazine is really at all possible in any way. Quad stack magazines work in a completely different way and they still have issues with reliability. Really they are just a fancy way of combining two double stack magazines.
Technically you can make a triple stack magazine by combining a two stack and a one stack in a similar mechanism as above. But… Like… Why would you ever want to do that?
