Heavy Stubber Blaze Away blessings cannot be stacked to 5

Issue Description:

When the Gorgonum Mk IV Twin-Linked Heavy Stubber with blaze away blessing fires continuously, even if the entire magazine is emptied, it can only be stacked to 3.

The rate at which this blessing accumulates on this firearm is too slow for the magazine size to support it to stack to 5.

And this weapon has a 78% ammunition rating, apparently even with an 80% rating, it cannot do it.

I tested it on the Krourk Mk V Twin-Linked Heavy Stubber, this blessing only stack to 5 with the last 10 rounds on a full magazine, and this gun has a 71% ammo rating, and if it is lower, it may also can’t stack to 5.

What’s more interesting is that this weapon can’t stack 5 layers of long-range attacks, but melee attacks can trigger to 5 layers
