Issue Description:

Blaze Away stacks are too slow on the Ogryn Gorgonum Stubber - so slow that you cannot get to 5 stacks with a single clip unless you use Charmed Reload.

Using the Stubber I have 92 / 356 ammo.
It took 20 seconds of continual fire to reach 5 stacks of Blaze Away.
At that moment I had 45 / 273 ammo.

It therefore took 130 bullets to get to a 5 stack but my gun only holds 92 bullets. I needed Charmed Reload to be able to get to 5 stacks (and maybe 4 stacks or even 3 stacks).

The rate it builds is far too slow.

This is true, I just tested it myself. Overwhelming FIre won’t stack either. I suspect the gun itself is bugged and not the blessing.
