The shout bit I can understand, it seems the shout maybe has issues on stairs or doesnt have a sphere shaped pushback? Do you have the revive shout on?

The second pox didnt explode because its primer hadnt set. If you push them before their sound cue speeds up enough, they dont explode. Had this happen loads and I dont think its a bug.
