Poxbursters behind doors being quiet

Poxbursters that teleport to a door are sometimes completely quiet for some reason until they step out or blow up. And on top of that poxbursters will sometimes just blow up by themselves when behind a door.

Also doors that are closed do not count as barriers for their explosion.
