Issue Description:
hadn’t played in a few months so it took me a while to notice, but is power cycler just not working? I remember being able to hit up to like 5x with the same charge. clip of me testing in the meat grinder, had to cut a bit in the middle to get it under 30mb

That’s power cycler 3 in the clip, which was the cope cycler they added to give 50% of what the power sword used to do with no blessing. The nerfs to power cycler were ages before then, this was their ‘fix’. You still want power cycler 4 which gives you 2 hits instead. Or use an axe like everyone else. Veteran is full of excitement.

That’s how it works sir. You either have the IV blessing or better use a combat axe with brutal momentum.

I see, thanks guys. guess I just remembered using old power sword with no blessing? either way I’ll be on the lookout for that tier 4 blessing.
